Return & Refund Policies
RETURNS
If you change your mind about a product, we happily accept returns in original packaging for 30 days after you receive your order. Please email sara@overflowandco.com with your order number to submit a return.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Damaged or used items (due to customer use)
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS
We will email you a USPS return label. If you’ll print it, tape it to the box, and drop it off at USPS, we’ll refund your full purchase, including any shipping fee on the original order!
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Return payments can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks to show up in your account or on your bank statement. If you are missing a refund payment, you can email sara@overflow&co.com to make sure everything is taken care of on our end!
