SHIPPING & PRINTING FAQ'S
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Our art prints are custom printed when you order. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and packaging prior to shipment.
Stationery & home goods are packaged and shipped from our home. Please allow 2-4 days for processing.
At peak seasons, printing and packaging may take up to 10 days. Please contact us if you do not receive your order within 3 weeks.
We occasionally take vacations, so please check the home page banner for notices regarding delays in shipping. We will give advance notice via email and social media if we decide to schedule a break. Thanks for your patience!
DOES SHIPPING COST LESS IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE PRINT?
Yes! We can fit several posters into one shipping tube, so you get a better deal when you order more prints!
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY ORDER YET?
Occasionally, orders get lost in the mail. If it has been 3 weeks and you haven’t received your order, please contact us! We will do our best to help you track it down or send a replacement if necessary.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
Please contact us right away! We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order! Most of the time damaged inflicted during shipping is cause for a full replacement.

CAN I REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
In most cases, we are happy to send replacements for damaged items. Please see our refund & exchange policy for more details.
WHAT TYPE OF FILE WILL I RECEIVE WITH MY PRINTABLE ORDER?
After we receive payment for your digital purchase, you will receive an e-mail with your linked digital file. You will download one .zip file with 2 or more PDF files bundled inside or a single PDF file. To open the .zip file, just double click. You will need Adobe Reader (it’s free!) to open your PDF files. The PDF files will contain detailed printing instructions.
Please save your files to your computer. There is a 5 download limit on each file.
